ECO Compliance Manager/Admin Manager

Are you experienced in diary management with excellent organisation skills?

My client is looking for a well organised Compliance Manager to:

  • Manage an admin team
  • Overseeing projects from the pre-install stage
  • Gathering all the info, and building a job file to pass to the installs team
  • Once installed your team will compile all the post-install information to ensure compliant submissions for funding

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To lead the admin team in energy efficiency measures under various schemes.
  • To build and manage a team assisting in the delivery of these measures.
  • Manage a submissions team efficiently, ensuring quality and making sure evidence packs are compliant with Ofgem standards.
  • To ensure quality installations and compliance with PAS2035:2019

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of Diary Management across multiple diaries.
  • Experience of Teams and/or Zoom.
  • Good understanding of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills

 

To have experience in delivering retrofit projects under schemes ie ECO and Warmer Homes.

To be proficient with basic IT software as well as submission-specific software such as Pashub and Ecosurv.

This role is offering a basic up to 30K
