The Inside Sales Team Leader role will involve:

 

  • Contribute and help implement business and marketing strategies to help our client retain status as a leader in the industry. Implement and assure that all the tasks related to it are executed by the staff
  • See that daily/weekly/monthly sales goals are met.
  • Assist in processing sales data by providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
  • See to it that the sales team is maintaining a high-quality level of customer service
  • Assure compliance with our client’s Policies and systems with regard to the quoting and order process.
  • Assist Sales Manager with credit approvals.
  • Work with Sales Manager in training sales staff, by walking the floor and daily interaction with sales representatives and monitoring.
  • Identifying sales leads and assuring leads are directed to the appropriate team.
  • Assist in monitoring National accounts activity
  • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history and identify resolutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide solutions to customers need in a win-win fashion.
  • Ensure that all quotes are followed up in a timely manner and produce monthly reports on outstanding quotes, converted quotes and lost quotes
  • Coach sales team members in performing the above and other assignments
  • Manage sales floor to obtain daily goals

Online Sales Coordinator

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary starting at £20,000 p/a plus commission

Responsible for handling customer inquiries and incoming sales leads as well as pro-active outbound selling. Ensure customer inquiries generated by email, e-Bay and internal requests are completed in a timely manner. Managing the E-Bay store to assure optimal positive feedback which will affect our rating.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ONLINE SALES COORDINATOR

  • Respond to customer inquiries to by phone, email or through other means
  • Manage orders placed
  • Help to achieve and maintain company goals
  • Capture sales opportunities for all products; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales
  • Source products for manufacturers
  • Check inventory
  • Notify customers of price and delivery changes for orders placed online
  • Correspond with customers via phone and e-mail and respond to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
  • Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems; ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information; confirm all orders with customer; perform follow-up and order clean-up as necessary
  • Manage feedback for all orders placed to assure positive feedback
  • Performing product and price maintenance in “pricetool” and other business systems; Building new part numbers as needed

Salary: £24,000 per year + Commission
