Warehouse Administrator (known as Surplus Receiver)

Starting at £9.01 p /h you will also be eligible for a monthly bonus scheme of up to £140.

Are you great on computers and looking for a hybrid role which means you’re not sat at a desk all day?

Hours – 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

The role –

  • Read and review each Purchase Order that is assigned to you; note any additional verbal or written instructions from Supervisors.
  • Breakdown incoming shipments to component level as required.
  • Processing Distribution purchase orders and verifying quantities and part numbers received.
  • Visually determine correct conditions and quantities, note changes if any, and immediately notify your Supervisor upon completion.
  • Use internet search engines to research product information where required.
  • Update any list price or description discrepancies through internal and external databases.
  • Photographing and weighing items for web display.
  • Receive items correctly into inventory via P&R/P21, making note of serial numbers, series, firmware, revision levels and weight as necessary.
  • Labelling and repackaging items as specified.
  • Identify broken units and update bid/purchase order details as required.
  • Distribution of stock parts to the proper location/facility.
  • Allocating/Placing units to the correct department to continue the company process.


Required Experience

  • PC literate
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in warehousing would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment

Warehouse Operative

The primary duty of this position is to retrieve inventory for sales orders and action Manual Requisitions generated by UK Production. Other duties will include inventory put-away and stock control. Further tasks may be assigned as required.


SALARY: £8.91 per hour (plus monthly bonus of up to £140)

HOURS: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00



  • Picking, consolidating and processing of Orders.
  • Ensure Rush orders are prioritized and picked in a timely manner.
  • Picking and processing of Inventory Movements.
  • Identify and amend incorrect stock levels using WWMS.
  • Notify the Warehouse Operations supervisor if pick lists cannot be fully satisfied.
  • Ensure areas within you working environment to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Comply with company/legislative health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Other duties may also be assigned.

  • GSCEs or equivalent required

Warehouse Shipper/Packer Sales Order Processor

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

£18,550 p/a plus monthly bonus of up to £140

Due to continued growth, our client are looking for a Packer to join our Shipping Department.


Primary duties of this position are to assist in packaging shipments.  Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.


  • Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment
  • Maintain an organized shipping environment
  • Keep shipments on schedule
  • Assist in the breakdown of shipments if necessary.
  • Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
