The ideal Room Leader you will be:

• Passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff.
• You will be a dynamic, driven and committed individual with a child centred approach.
• Candidates must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and have experience working in a similar role.
